WTA Plumber Advice on this pump in shopee

Hi any pro plumber can give me advice on these pump?

Currently i have a non pump instant Panasonic water heater connected directly from a 100w 12L/min mini pump feeded directly from main water supply.
With the pump on it adds like 5-7% of pressure power of the water but volume of the droplets is still low, its usable but not really match rainshower like hotel kind of pressure/volume. When someone using the mains from kitchen, its further reduce the pressure & volume.

I'm thinking by replacing the old pump with these abover will it grants any significant improvement ? or same only, can my instant water heater able to tahan these pump? which one should be sufficient, seeing the budget i have a realistic expectation im not looking for compress tank system like pressure but at least when someone use the main i get the same water volume and ok pressure not to ruin the rain show experience.

Ps: my main is good enough for every outlet usage, so not looking to add a centralise pump system, just wanna increase the rain shower experiences.

Main water pipe > 100w 25L/min pump > panasonic instant water heater > 10 inch rain shower + handle shower combo set up
