help: strat guitar bridge adjustment.

hi guys, newbie here.

After i tuned my guitar, the bridge is floating. Is it normal or is gonna be lie on the body? I saw some saying tighten the spring behind can make it lie on the body. But how exactly to tighten the spring? thanks!

UOL law external OR uk transfer?

I jus finished my first year UOL and passed.But thinking to switch to uk transfer at HELP .However,I still cant make up my mind whether to go ahead because i worry i cant cope with uk transfer syllabus as i never do any assignments/legal skills for my first year and honestly,i can't speak fluent english.I need some recommendations of HELP,whether it is really a very resourceful college.Taylor is already not my option as my A level result was too bad,even can't fulfill the requirements of TAYLOR.
