Putting in a dresser/dressing table for a girl. About 5ft tall. How high from the floor do you prefer your makeup table to be?

IKEA's dressers are anywhere from 70 to 80cm. Thinking of putting in a custom table!

BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) is like the Waze of the internet traffic. It's supposed to give the best and fastest route for data to travel. However sometimes hackers route your data through questionable countries like Russia, for large-scale theft and spying of data.

"Is BGP Safe Yet will test your ISP by offering a legitimate route and an invalid one to load two pages. If your ISP catches the invalid route and only loads the page on the real route, it passes the test. But if it accepts both routes as valid, your ISP will fail, meaning that it hasn't yet implemented the BGP protections to check for bad routes and filter them.

"BGP is a 40-plus-year-old protocol—it's a miracle the internet has worked on what is really just a trust-based system for as long as it has," Prince says. "Obviously it makes sense to have more verification, because anything else is madness. And yet! It’s taken a long time to actually get that implemented. Hopefully we can put a little bit of public pressure on."

Been a Prime member for years. They brag that can ship anything for only RM8.80.
Yes, last time was great, bought a sofa from China, with only RM8.80.

Now it's not the case any more. A lot of restrictions they don't advertise.

You only get THREE Prime wishlist submission per month, and they will expire end of every month
RM8.80 is only base - have extra RM20-80+ charge above 20kg etc
And extra charge for home delivery

And now they simply reject your wishlist. I just had a computer table rejected - because of "high risk of damage". It's just a wood table top, with metal legs, and flat-packed for transport.

And after they reject, means you have 2 more submissions left for that month.

Plus, their currency exchange is pretty high.

Are scanned/photos of receipts valid for LHDN?

It's known we should keep receipts for tax purposes for 7 years (for individuals). That's a LOT of receipts for some.
And nowadays, we buy stuff online - sometimes only have online receipts.
Also, some printed receipts will start to fade after only a year.

If we scan or take photos of the receipts, does LHDN accept these digital copies?

New tax - Cukai Petak for Selangor

Recently I did a property transfer in Selangor, and the lawyer said that I have to pay the new Cukai Petak. She went to the state office and got the bill for me. Supposedly, this replaces Quit Rent (Cukai Tanah) that's usually collected by your management body.

But - I didn't receive any other cukai petak at all. When I check for another property, it said I was already overdue for 2018, and already I have to pay for 2019.
