As salesman, i travel average 5,000km per month ranging from KL to JB, KL to Penang, KL to whole East Coast. Currently, my 2009 Civic FD serve me well. However, the mileage is extremely high and i plan to pass the car to my brother.

Now i am surveying car with budget 200-250k budget which can sustain high travel mileage, easy to maintain, high safety feature, comfortable for long hour drive esp at night and good boot space (i carry a lot of product sample).

Initially, i was eyeing BMW 320i but seem like the ride is not so comfortable.

Hi all,

I'm hunting for my second property in coming next few months. Hoping to get a landed property around Klang Valley which is my first option. Second option is to buy at Ipoh or Melaka and treat as weekend home.

My current situation:-

1. Currently living in a 1K Sqft condominium at Setapak and only myself and wife staying.
2. I work at Menara TM while my wife work at Tropicana Mall.
3. No plan for kids in the next 3 years but will have max 2 children after that.
4. Both of us aged 30 this year.
5. Both of us spend most of the time working during weekdays; but stay at home during weekend.

Option 1:
1. Landed property around Klang Valley with good access to our work place with max 700K budget. Any recommendation?
2. Condominium with good community & facilities. Was hunting for Ameera, Sentul East a.k.a Saffron/Tamarind currently. Any recommendation?

Option 2:
1. Landed bungalow unit in Melaka with huge build up area and land size and cost around 550K.

Anti-Dandruff Solution

I got critical dandruff issue. Try almost every kind of anti-dandruff shampoo that i can get in hypermarket, but none of them really effective. My scalp always produce high volume of white flakes causing me don't dare to wear dark color shirt. Sometimes my scalp feel very itchy during office hour.

Any recommendation to solve my problem? Someone suggest me to see scalp doctor.
