Need some input/advice

scombridae — Thu, 08 Sep 2011 22:19:43 +0800

It been couple month since I got contract developing website for my client which a big name in Malaysia.

But this project really give me alot of headache...

Issue I'm facing

Design-during early stage, this client had asking my site to propose but eventually they keep on changing...anyway at last it had been resolve...

Nowsday with programmer....

Since I'm lacking in knowledge of web development, this programmer had taking advantage on me...I really do have any choice...yes his work is good...but his attitude is suck. since he is so good, so he use his advantage by limiting his task.

One reason: he is not happy with the payment scheme....but when I do some homework. I actually pay me more (20%) than current market price...He actually thinking that this project is big value...but it was not really big cause this client of mine a bit "kedekut" ..

He really not a team player....he actually limiting his task but to my surprise ...HE DID SUB-CONTRACT job I had give HIM......f&*$

At this moment I'm in deep shit...contract had been sign, I not dare to take first cut payment due to all this issues...plus tomorrow supposedly to first cut review....DIED laa

My query which I need advice....

1. The requirement of this website PHP 4.4.7 / MySQL 3.23x above / Apache 2.2 series... I already get this from web hosting

to access phpmyadmin, have to login to cpanel first
username : xxxxx
password : xxxabcxxx

FTP

FTP Username: xxxx@xxxxx Password : abc@123
FTP Server: ftp.xxxxxx.tv
FTP Server Port: 21
SFTP Server Port: 8286

MySQL
db name : xxxxxx
phymyadmin : http://www.xxxxx.xxx:2082/cpsess8024992084...Admin/index.php
username : xxxx
password : xxxx

Recent he giving me an excuse say that where should www.xxxx.com.my be point out...??? he say "domain must be point to linux server" which only web hosting site can do...

Is it all the information is been given, so that he can upload the programming in cpanel and the web can be up??

Why just can programmer work well as team in finishing the job....!!!

Need your advice
