Is it contractor will help to redraw the floorplan(if extend kitchen and 2nd floor)?

But i still have some question on this area:
1. bk 2 is gng? the chinese school there will be very jam?
2. heard there is rumah wip is going to build in the current army camp, will it contribute more jam at bk?
3. any feature development plan on that area?
4. How is the security there?
