I have here an Ipad Air 16GB (Wifi & Cellular) local msia set.
Set bought in Dec 2013 at Senheng stores, warranty is 2 years, 1 year by apple, 2nd year by Senheng.

Color is Grey & condition is perfect. Comes with back casing (non ori) + ORIGINAL Apple smart cover (Red).
Ipad is working fine & excellent, never been JB before,

I'm trading this Ipad Air for Ipad Mini Retina 64GB.
Reason is because my current job i'm travelling alot, hence would prefer something lighter & smaller.
Secondly i need the extra space now to keep all my photos for job presentation.

Cahaya SPK Ownership transfer issue

Hi guys, wanna check with you all.
I'm planning to purchase a property in cahaya spk.
But the problem is I understand that this area is a leasehold area.
So the question is will it be a problem is I purchase a bumi lot?
Will I be able to get the ownership title transfer to me (non bumi) if I were to purchase it?

Reason I'm asking this is because heard that there is issue for ownership transfer from bumi to non bumi for this
cahaya spk area? I'm worried that if I purchased a unit there then I would face the title transfer problem.

Recently i got the Kaspersky Internet Security ver. 7.0.0.125 installed on my pc.
Since then, the bt down with Bitcomet is barely moving, it's like 1~2 kbps only, most files are stagnant..
Doea any1 has similiar problem before?
