Tiles polishing or tiles cleaner (help)

Hi guys, need your help and advise on the polished tile, the renovation just completed then after clean up everything and saw this, no idea what cause it, tried many methods to clean but not working, tried acid, tiles cleaner from tile shop, try tina, tried aerosol, car wax and toilet cleaner.

The surface of tile is fade and when step on it not smooth.

Can u guys pls advise what to do? Can polished tile be polished?

I would like to get some advice from you guys regarding tax declaration:-

My case is that I worked under company with payslip (under BE Form) until September 2013 last year, after that I started my own business under Sole Proprietor until todate.

My question is how am I going to declare my tax? It's like 50% BE Form and 50% B Form. When I try to login B Form, it says if turn to B Form, your BE Form will be forfeited.

Please advice me.

Hi guys, I'm planning a open a Coffee & Cheesecake Cafe in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.

I've searched through the internet, read a few articles on opening cafe, estimated cost, company registration, etc..

However, I'm still panic, a lot of things flooding in.

The concept of the cafe in my mind would be a place for people to take rest in the cafe, under a comfortable environment, I estimated the start up cost would be around RM200k which cover Shop Rental + Deposit, Renovation, Kitchen Equipment, Loose Furniture, Permit, Licenses, etc..anything else?

1) Is there anyone who had gone through the process to start up a Cafe? Can please share your experience about how to start up, capital, monthly life cycle cost, kitchen, etc...

2) Is it possible to get SME Loan, or any bank loan for start-up company?

3) how to hire barista for making coffee and drinks? Where can I find them? As well as workers like cleaner and runner?

It's a very wide range of topic, but I would like you to share your experience and thoughts..I sincerely need your advice.

Samsung Note II vs Iphone 4S

My wife and I are using Iphone 4 at the moment, and my wife is planning to switch to Samsung Note II.

I used Samsung Galaxy S before and if compared with iPhone, iPhone is smoother and faster.

Now, compare iPhone 4/4S and Samsung Note II, will Samsung Note II lag or slow in overall performance?

Please advice before I decide to buy Samsung Note II.

Hi guys, I got an offer which is 3GS 32GB white iphone with a good price.. the guy told me the iphone installed with Singapore software..that's why it's cheaper than original 1..but still have wifi and opera mini..

Is there any problem with this iphone? I mean in term of software...is it if the software is a Singapore software..then many features can't be used in Malaysia?

Please advice...I need your help before purchasing this set..

Let say I have an Adsense Cheque which is my brother's name. If I have a public bank account, can I send the Adsense Cheque (under my brother name) to my public bank account?

Logically, I think can't send, but I have to confirm and I have to think another way to transfer the money without bothering my brother.

Wimax Vs Streamyx

After a few month Wimax had launched, I think they had received a lot of good comment about them such as fast speed, stablization, subscription fee, and coverage area. So far, I think they're good but currently Wimax doesn't cover my area yet.

Currently I'm using Streamyx and I feel that currently the streamyx line is not stable like usual, always downline and sometimes it's slow..for the price that I give and I doesn't get what I want..

My question is :

1) Do you all face the same problem with me? (Slow network speed, downline)

2) Which one you prefer? Wimax or Streamyx?
