Want to ask about torrent

Hi. I got a problem with torrent. Hope any1 here can help me.

I using 1MB streamyx. Usually i download at speed 80-100kb/s. Now suddently it turn to be 3kb/s. Anyone know why it is be like that? Any help really appriciate. thanks in advance.

problem wif my hdd

i got 1 xternal ide 2.5" hdd n 1 xternal 3.5" sata hdd. this 2 hdd if i plug in power, the hdd just can on. but the problem is, when i connect to pc, its will hang n the pc cant detect it (pc will hang until i plug out this hdd). so, i afraid my hdd broken already.:( any1 can solve my problem? btw, the hdd quiet new. age not more than 1 year. Thanks in advance.

Hi all. i got a little bit problem here. i wanna to format my laptop, but cant. after i boot from cd n kernel checking n bla, bla, bla... at last windows say cant detect any hdd. some ppl say laptop wif sata as hdd different to format. so any1 can teach me? thx in advance...
