Shoulder hurt randomly when lifting up my arm

Could be a weightlifting injury due to the pre-wo effect was too intense and was "go hard or go home" lol.

Now my right shoulder hurts sometimes when I lift my right arm over my head. "Feels" like the pain is from the area in between the deltoid and the tricep.

It is not painful but just a ting of uncomfortableness or quick pain feeling but because of it, I cannot do overhead press anymore without avoiding it.

I did try to stopping lifting weights for awhile to see if it goes away/recover by itself but the problem persists. It is not like I can don't use it at all for days, like lifting up my right arm and stretch to take a parking ticket will trigger it too.

Wondering if has anything to do with it being loose from its socket.

Who should I go to seek help from? Chinese traditional guy (eg. Chris Leong style) or chiropractor? Who is the right person to see?
Or those sports rehab centre?

Pros & Cons of Confinement Lady

I am not too keen on the idea of a stranger living in with us.
Would like to know the other pros and cons of having a confinement lady (especially from those who had hired CL before)?
I had two relatives who couldn't stand their CL (different CLs) and kick them out of the house within a week or 2, and resorted to going for a centre instead.

Or confinement centres are the in-thing and better option these days?

Hello everyone.

Yeah, I might ask my friends or family but chances are, they might not know any or remember the company name.

So what do most people do? They go online and Google for a catering company and check out their food selection and etc.
Most people are not very patient, so we will check out a few different websites and then choose one.

Now, imagine if I am a business owner running a catering company, it will make a lot of sense to have my business website appear in front when someone is Googling for my services, which is catering service.

Why? Because these people are most likely ready to buy my service.
How do I know they are ready to buy? People are only Googling for something they need. If you are not having a party, will you be Googling for "catering company"?

So, business opportunities are waiting for you online. If you're not there to showcase your services to people who are looking for your services, you are basically just giving away free and easy business opportunities to your competitors.

You can test it out for yourself, try Googling for services that you're offering.
Example, if you're an interior designer company in KL, then just try Googling for "interior designer in KL" and see if you can find your website on the front page of Google search results.

If you cannot find your own company website but you can only see other interior designer companies, then you're just giving away potential customers to your competitors freely.

Result Example

This is one of my many clients and their results.

A small business, husband and wife team.
They provide pipe repairs and installations services for residential and commercial properties in Klang Valley region (KL and Selangor).

Before they met me, they tried all sort of ways to promote their business and try to increase their sales and customer base.

Printing and handling flyers.
Putting flyers on parked car windscreens.
Putting up bunting on the roadside lamp posts.

No consistent results. A bit here and there.

They were desperate and even put up a newspaper advertisement on Malaysia's leading English newspaper that is said to have hundreds of thousands daily readers. Their ad ran for a few days. But resulting in nothing. Not even a single phone call or email enquiry.

They came to me and this is how they have been doing (I will just share their 3 months online data). The graph represents how many visitors finding their website each day, for a month.

All I did was to build for them a website and position the website in front of people who are Googling for "pipe repair service KL".
Let's use December data as an example.
My client had 392 visitors (users) on their website. And we are talking about people who Googled for "pipe repair service KL". These visitors went to the website on their own.
We didn't throw out any advertisement.

Now, not every visitor is going to becoming a paying customer. 20-25% of them become a customer. Their service fee is on average, RM200-300 for a household client and RM600-1,200 for a commercial client.
Let's do a simple calculation.
20% of 400 (lets round up for easier calculation) is 80 new[U] paying customers for December.
Assume each client is paying the lowest amount, so 80 x RM200 is RM16,000 extra each month.

A note to think about is, if they do a good services, will customers call them again for their services? Will they recommend to their family or friends?
Building an existing customer base PLUS new customers coming in every month = a growing business

We met up to catch up recently.
They are doing very well and just came back from an overseas holiday.
They told me they had a problem during their holiday. They told me that people are calling them even when they were in overseas. They didn't pick up any because they didn't want to incur expensive overseas phone charges.
They even silented their phones. Potential customers were calling them because they found the website when they were Googling for someone to repair their pipes. These people didn't know that my clients were traveling overseas.

And this is what a system should be and what business must have. A system that continues to generate for you new sales even when you're not around.

I told them I can edit the website to put another contact number as the business contact, so that she doesn't have to silent her personal line (risky in case of any important family event) and she just have to get another phone for the new "work" contact number. Or perhaps it is time to hire someone as a customer service representative.

They recently started employing new employees so that they can take on more jobs in a day.
Seeing them growing their business from just husband and wife team into a hiring a few more working and becoming a bigger team make me feel accomplished.
The reason I started doing this is to help the small business community and help create job opportunities.
