[WTA] rear projection setup for restaurant

Im goin to open restaurant, and due to limited knowledge i have no idea what projector and screen to buy and where to buy
my initial idea want to do rear projection since i dont want to ceiling mount my projector outside restaurant,feel not secure..
I attach my layout and please suggest, please also recommend me contractor to do... or u guys have any suggestion

As stated on my topic I need help from you guys...I don't even know if this thread is suitable here..If not then pls remove it somewhere...
I'm not an expert on this so need you guys to help me..i bought my cpu on May 2006 which now outdated already and need to be upgrade...
Here goes my cpu setup..do tell me what need to change and your advice...
