Netbook or Tablet?

Hey there..
I'm looking forward to buy either netbook or tablet by the end of december..
because it's kinda heavy for me to carry around 14" notebook + adapter everyday..
and.. my budget is quite tight.. might consider price below 800.. (will consider to add 100++)

I want to use either netbook or tablet for the following reasons;

1) View and work with pdf and microsoft office(especially word, power point and excel)..
2) might consider to use electronics circuit design applications such as MultiSim and Proteus or PSpice.
3) i need at least 8 hours battery life..
4) browsing the internet.. (prefer wifi.. 3g not a problem..)
5) the weight must be less than 14" notebook..

I really hope u guys can help me give suggestions or advices..

i just updated nvidia gt 335m graphic card..
however, i can't play PES2011 using the graphic card..
the laptop using intel one because the graphic was low n slow...
i set it to use nvidia.. but it's not working also..

the problem is.. i just can join the homegroup..
i can't create a homegroup..
