Hi I'm curious about the new fuel price tier that will be implemented after May 1st is it true? I hear that for car which has 2000cc and above doesn't get fuel subsidy from the goverment whereas for cars 1600cc below has a cheaper fuel price? Correct me if I'm wrong. =)

Taskbar/ Quick Lanuch Problem - HELP~~!

My windows XP computer is currently having some problem quick launch area.

I cant put any shortcuts into the quick launch area. I cant extend the area too.

I've tried restarting my computer but i dont seem to make any differents

Help me please. Previously my comp entire explorer dissappear then i went to task manager closed EXPLORER.EXE then

reopen it again at "RUN" .

WHATS WRONG?!?

Is it LIMEWIRE prob or my COMP prob. HELP~!

my Limewire seem to have some problems. my signal bars is always around 3/5.

and i my downloads are at a extreamly slow pace. 1kb/s

eventhough sometimes the signal bar is full but the speed dosent change

OMG. it takes 1 hour just to get 1 song done.

its goes the same to my Bitcomet. but Bitcomet is slighty better.

I'm using Limewire 4.18.8 - please help me thx..

I wanna ask if is it normal for my Edifier C3 speaker amplifier gets heated up very easily at 70-90% volume?

I'm afraid it might fuse or get overheated one day as i often use this speaker at high volume.

is the power supply to high for this small amplifier?

anyone experience this before?
