stall rental deposit receipt missing

Dear all, I have rent a stall in a small shopping complex for many years. Now I want to stop and move out and also want to claim back the stall rental deposit (2 months got few thousand). However, I have lost the receipt because of changing staff but i still have the agrement. The complex said without the receipt, no refund for deposit. is that right? any better way to handle this? Thank you

I plan to build a PC with intel i5 and B150 motherboard. just wonder can i install window server 2012 on it? B'cos, go through those motherboard spec, only window 7, 8 and 10 only. never mention about Window Server OS...
just worry the device driver for the PC.

Is there any software which can block or limit the bandwidth from 1 PC to another PC? because one of my sub-ordinate always download files during working hour and caused our server very slow.

Just do know why most of my downloaded files (mp3, mpeg, software,...) are broken or corrupted. I have to download several times to get a complete file. Is it the broadband issue or IE7 problem? I just using the 'right' click and select 'save target as'..

I'm using Streamyx 512Kb, IE7, Nvidia Fireware (came with mobo) and Kaspersky antivirus.

May be someone here can give some advise.

Hi... Someone can tell me any freeware to edit the Mpeg/Mpg/Avi information. Some of the downloaded Mpeg file containing the website name. Can I change it? WMP properties was unable to amend.

Convert prn file to text file

Hi! is anyone using the PSI Dot Matrix printer?

- How to generate the 'print to file' function? that's mean I can print to a text file (.txt) which can be viewed by notepad, wordpad or ms word.

I have try to change the port to FILE - print to file, but it was come out all unknown symbol.

Can someone teach me how to change the fonts size for window 98 print to file 'Generic / Text Only' - 17cpi.

Currently, wording in the prn file are overlaping and also some are the decimal was missing. I suspect is the fonts size was too big. so intend to reduce it to 17cpi. How?
