looking for tenant to share office, office mate can use most of the space and utilities of a nicely renovated office for RM 850 ( included internet and photostate machine TV, pool table ) ( can fit in 3-4 stuff )

reason to share: owner dont really come in to office because of the scope of work for he is always not in the office, owner dont even come in once a month, therefore it will be a waste to not utilize it fully, that is why we intend to share the office, eventhou is sharing, but basically you are going to ocupy 80% of it ( tenant can use the boss room also )

the location is at OUG old klang road ( next to main road , parking is free & convenient ) and it located at FIRST FLOOR, no need walk like hell

FYI : owner once though of not renting it anymore, coz dint utilize it fully, but it is nicely renovated, so instead of not renting it anymore, owner decided to share the office ( share as in basically u own 90% of the office and time, coz owner dont come in at all sometimes. MIA for few month
