Cant Connect to internet

Hi , i have a problem that frustated me for 2 days straight. This never happen to me before and i try alot of stuff to solve it include google. So here is my problem, I'm using WL830RT4 and my ISP is Metrofon. Before this everything was find until last few day i cant connect to internet. I'm sure i did type the correct user name and password. I more thing i notice is i did not receive any bytes or packet instead i'm sending it out. Can anyone help ? and sorry about my english.

Help about modem

I need help to reset my modem. Apparently some "*******" change my webpage id and password and i dont know how to set it back to default. I hope anyone can lend me some tips how to change back the default id

Need some help regarding my pc

I have problem with my pc. When i on my pc , funny sound come out. Just like a ambulance siren.
So , my deduction are either :

1) ram spoil
2) mb spoil

I'm not quite sure which one but i like a little of help. and 1 more thing , my cpu fan is not running but my other fan are working fine.I did open up my cpu to make sure not pin are fry. Sorry for my broken english but i hope this info would solve my problem.
