How to convert Blueray videos to 720p on iPhone 4?

Hey everyone,

I was previously using HandBrake to rip DVDs for my iPhone 3GS, but I'm wondering if there are other ways to get Blueray movies converted to 720p formats which are supported by iPhone 4. I heard people saying that you just need to download extra codecs in order to convert full HD and Blueray movies. I tried finding online but it turns out that many converters charge you.

Anyone can help?
