            <description>The best looking of me is when i was 58kg (a year ago). I&amp;#39;ve gained back everything in a year&amp;#33; I am already 24 years old, I want to enjoy being a super leng lui who is not afraid of wearing bikini&amp;#33; I wish by recording this log could help me to stay motivated and get supports from others&amp;#33; I want to lose 6kg in 3 months (WITHOUT PILLS/SURGERY/MACHINE TREATMENT)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Current measurement: 64kg, 172cm (which makes me looks like kingkong or ah kua)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Target: &lt;span style='color:red'&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'&gt;58kg&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deadline:&lt;span style='color:red'&gt;&lt;b&gt;31 August 2009&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;DAILY WORK OUT STRATEGY: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Every morning &amp;amp; before sleep do 3 sets of: &lt;br /&gt;- sits up 10reps &lt;br /&gt;- lift legs each side 8reps&lt;br /&gt;- cycling 10reps&lt;br /&gt;- lift bum 10reps&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Work out at least 40mins everyday, choice of:&lt;br /&gt;- Jogging&lt;br /&gt;- Aerobics&lt;br /&gt;- Yoga&lt;br /&gt;- Swimming&lt;br /&gt;- Cycling&lt;br /&gt;- Dance/Jump like crazy at home&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;FOOD CONSTRAINT:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- No OILY FOOD.&lt;br /&gt;- No more than 2 servings of Carbo per day.&lt;br /&gt;- Meat only allow 3 servings per week.&lt;br /&gt;- Cut down beverages ordered outside. Drink plain water more. Only a cup of coffee a day.&lt;br /&gt;- STRICTLY NO JUNK FOOD.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;SPIRIT NEEDED:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DISCIPLINE&lt;br /&gt;PERSISTENCE&lt;br /&gt;CONFIDENT&lt;br /&gt;STAMINA</description>
