NST's CBT portal

For the past 2 weeks, I haven't been able to access the www.cbt.com.my website... before this, it was okay. Is it just my company's broadband's problem or something? I have no problems accessing other sites.
Oily spark plug thread

Hi all,

1 of the Iswaras at home, a 10+ year old, 140+k km mileage unit, used to have 1 cylinder which always made the spark plug threads oily, but not the firing area, since a few years back. Recently found out that now all 4 plugs get oily threads. The car is neither spewing white smoke nor having noticeable oil consumption. The spark plugs are gapped properly.

The spark plugs show brownish side & central electrodes, while the area surrounding the central electrodes have thin layers of carbon buildups which can be easily chipped off with my fingers. No heavy carbon buildup whatsoever. Changing to another set of spark plugs gives the same oily thread problem, so it's probably not a spark plug problem.

This car tends to jerk when it's not driven for 1 or more days. The jerking sensation feels like 1 or even 2 spark plugs are not firing properly, with accompanying power loss, during the trip to my destination. But usually during the return trip, if the engine is still somewhat warm when started, the jerkings doesn't happen. Is it time to change the valve seals, or maybe do a top overhaul? Or could there be other problems?
