Hip dysplasia?

Hihi im having a husky as my pet. He is now 4months old, he walk in a weird way. And when he stand still his legs will form an A letter. I just scare he is having a hip dysplasia. So if any of u guyz have any experience or knowledge in this please help me out. Just wanna make sure b4 i take my dog to the Vet.

HI there, im currently studying diploma in Information System Engineering. I still have 4 subjects left to get my diploma. i thought of wanna straight away study degree 2nd year at APIIT. I dont know this is possible or not. Hope u guyz can help me out. Thanks.

monitor screen blink when process thing..

hi i have a problem here.. when i turn on my pc at bios there it written "memory error"..
then when im in window the monitor screen will keep on blinking whenever there are prcessing .. not fast but 1 or 2 second occur once depends..
can any1 tell me how to fix this problem??? thx a lot..
