Problem details
First occurence of problem: The wireless keep dropping. After replacement, even worst. Internet and wireless also keep dropping
Problem frequency: very frequent until I totally give up now
Problem description: First, the wireless cannot connect. always drop. No matter how troubleshooting together with their tech support also no go. Then, they replace a newer version 2000ak to me. Still....the condition same. I cannot connect to it using wireless. Furthermore, the internet always get disconnected. I suspect line issue and call streamyx. However, I use back my linksys....everything is working fine. OMG! What should I do now? I contacted their tech support but the India people totally cannot communicate with people. I ask them question, they answer others thing. He keep talking to himself and syok sendiri. WTF!
