Item(s) conditions: Used. Keyboard still really new because I use a cover. Whole laptop can be cleaned, but signs of tear and scratches here and there. Dvd drive plastic cover came off, so now its just bare metal, but does not affect functionality. Im not sure, but you probably can get some spare plastic thing from lowyat.

* Update 19/9/2013 : Added pictures after I cleaned the laptop with tissue and some water. Here are more facts about the computer :

- Replaced harddrive a year ago, because apparently watching movies on your lap moves the HDD abit and spoils it. Have been using it on flat surfaces ever since

- Functionality : Screen has no dead pixels, functionality wise all works well. Ie no wifi issues, no funny lag issues, no over heating, sounds fine, webcam fine, dvd burner fine. Cleaned up interior chipset with air-spray, so no dust issues.

- Cosmetics : Lost plastic cover for dvd drive (seen in picture). Some scratches of wear and tear here and there. Battery lasts about 30 minutes per charge now, but you can easily change it cheap if you wanted.

I hope it helps you get a clearer picture of it! If you want, you can view it in Taman Desa (or if you're really serious we can meet up somewhere) and not buy it if you decide not to. I'd want the buyer to be happy with what hes getting. Do let me know if you're still interested!

Ps: I leave for London on the 5th of October, and preferably would like to sell it off latest 1st October. If not, I'd probably still use it for another year. There is really nothing wrong with the laptop, don't think its spoilt or anything and I am just trying to get rid of it! Just itchy for a change.

Reason for sale: I study in London. I actually bought it off the internet because I found that size M8 is too small and size M9 is too big for me, and they only stock whole sizes in shops in UK. So I ordered size M8.5. But turns out, the sizes that are printed on the shoe are US sizes! (even if its sold in the UK.. what the crap) So, in the end, i got UK size 8.5, which is M9.5... which is clearly too big for me. Returning the shoe requires me to pay shipping to Denmark where their online warehouse stock is kept.

Anyways, please do PM/ call me/ text (017-3750377) if you're interested in the shoe. I'll be back in KL for 3 weeks only and preferably dont want to waste time if you're not interested.

Ps : Please check your sizes. if i'm not wrong, Toms shoes run 0.5 sizes smaller (or larger i cant remember) than normal sizes.

lets say, i like this girl, and she knows it. but i havent told her directly. does she think i'm ball-less?

my reason for not telling her YET is that shes having exams soon.
(and there goes another 1000 reasons not to disturb)

Shy boy & Shy girl - First Date..

hello. i really like this girl but i cant tell if she likes me or not

i'm 19 and i'm currently studying in singapore and will be back in december just in time for the birthday of the girl i really like. i consider myself shy (but can be noisy if you know me well), athletic, sporty, half outgoing, and not nerd. i found the girl to be the exact female version of me, sporty, smart (ahem not boasting i'm smart la ok, but i did score my spm haha), AND SHY. anyways, heres my very own unique story..

THE PAST

i met this girl 3 years ago in camp. then we rarely talked after that or smsed. then exactly one year ago, i smsed chat with her and found that she remembered my exact birthday and i couldnt remember hers. (i felt guilty) and thats when the magic started..

we smsed alot since then even when i went back to singapore for my A levels.. cant imagine how much she spent on credit ( i always thought she had postpaid! ). i came back to malaysia, and we went out on our first date to sunway lagoon. it was my first, and i was scared as hell ok.. thinking it was sunway, we can play alot and talk less, i was wrong because we had alot of time while waiting to play stuff.. anyways i found it very difficult to talk to her because shes so quiet! she often looks away from me, walk by herself (and if i didnt follow she wouldnt know), wouldnt make small talk.. so basically there were alot of awkward silences. i felt like shit thinking i was uninteresting, i smelt bad, i was an idiot, etc etc.. and 1 million reasons that i suck

after the date, we smsed less.. i dont know if shes playing hard to get, but i thought it was a sign that shes not interested and all.. so yeah i went back to singapore to study, but we still keep in touch like once every 2 weeks through smsing.. thats that.. for the past 9 months

THE PRESENT

i remembered her bday this year (its later in december) and i wanted to give her a surprise. so i made friends with one of her friends through email and convinced her to give me this girls address.. to my surprise, her friend knew me all too well because the girl had talked about me before. her friend thought of me as a gentleman and that i would make a good boyfriend from the stories the girl told her. that i made her shy during the date because shes normally chatty. and that it was quite a "perfect" date which i would think other wise lol. i also learnt that it was also her FIRST date..

i really really like this girl, but knowing i was her first date, she hasnt had a bf before. so i dont ever wanna screw this up, move too fast, or scare her away. do you think the girl still likes me? (please tell me honestly or that i'm too optimistic) please tell me what should i do then? i'd be back in december for 9 whole months and i'll have lots of time.

OMFG... she talks to me as a PURE FRIEND.. i think the flames died down..

i have a rough idea of what i'm going to do.. but i shall not say as to influence anything..
question is...

would you RISK trying to get her and hope that her resolve for her studies will be weaker than her attraction for you?
(or if all goes bad, i dont think can even be friends again..)

or would you hold on to friendship.. and wait till her exams are over (june next year) to do something..?
