Keyless Entry Key Fob Hard to Start Car

Having this kind of weird scenario whereby the key fob is very hard to detect or start the car (Mostly BMW & Mercedes key fob as shown below).

Already tried all the method like putting the key fob near to the steering wheel, dashboard..etc but need to try quite a number of times only manage to detect the key & start the car. After change new key fob battery still the same problem persist.

This happened only when park in certain office shop house & housing area , other than that is fine and no problem at all, being suspected is radio frequency interference or any illegal trespassing signal.

Done complaint to MCMC to check whether the area got any RFI or illegal channel interference but yet to receive any feedback

Anyone have this kind of problem before?
