DVD Rom can't auto play

Dear All,

My friend using desktop with DVD rom, confirm DVD rom not faulty due to using format is working fine.

once i finish format using dvd, after that I try put DVD movie and nothing happen.

Have try search online to enable auto play and change registry as well.

Any idea how to fix this issue? or any temp solution for my friend to watch dvd video?

Outlook 2011 MAC hang issue

Good day,

My user on Tuesday using MAC desktop with outlook 2011, it sudden happen this issue hang/ spin beach ball on mouse cursor

It sometime show connected to our mail server and “downloading attachments 0/10” , “sync pending for this folder” and it won’t let you click anything on the outlook window.

Method I have try ,

-Check the box for "Turn on logging for troubleshooting."
- Rebuild identity

anyone have solution for this?

I have a Question here, regarding about the RAM Dual/3 channel memory architecture

Currently I using this motherboard GA-EX58-UD5.

And here is my current ram size 2x2GB 1600 Mhz. Current is 4GB ram.

Can I add another single ram 2GB or 4GB 1333Mhz or 1600Mhz? Total will be 3 Ram.

Second is add another dual ram 2GB 1333Mhz or 1600Mhz? Total will be 4 Ram.
