Folks.. anyone heard of this project in Cyberjaya (LYRA RESIDENCE) by WorldWide ?
the 20*70 is around RM 801K while the 20 * 85 is 931K.
Not familiar with Cyberjaya area but i guess this development is somewhere nearby the center / hospital cyberjaya ?
mind to share some comments on the project / developer / location ?
looks like it should be somewhere nearby Jalan CV 4B .

It has been a while since my purchase of the stock Xinghe with initial cost like around 0.06 ... and i din followup / chase the price since then (when the portfolio being Red for this stock since then T.T)
Just refreshed my KLSE Screen...found out it is GREEN NOW

What happened these few days ? Any follower on this stock whom can advise further ?

how to see which Processer core?

Guys, need to explanation pls.

1) What are the required infor about how many core do you required ... This question came from the IS when asking them them create a virtual Windows Server.. Is it logical processors = core ?

2) Or maybe what would be the possible range of the processor core between Windows Server 2008 Enterprise Edition vs Windows Server 2012 ?

Unable to boot with usb

Guys, Im having seems to be old motherboard in which it has windows 7 preinstalled to it and would like to reformat the whole cpu.
I used the rufus to create an usb bootable disk and i remember i used to set the bios > boot mode to legacy / disable the fast boot option.
So i go in to the bios but unable to find any...

Which option i should set ya ?
I saw there is an option for PPM Mode where it says SMM Mode is for legacy OS.
Now my next suspect... the usb port may be ruin ? That's why it is not detecting my pendrive hmmm

Hi guys.. I bought a show room car last year (in which it was registered in 2013).
Upon purchasing it, i changed all 4 tyres n kept well inside store room. While dojng some cleaning, i noticed it states there year 11 for the tyre... Since it is a showroom car, the 'bunga' still looks good. But just wondering if it is showing 2011 year of tyre...is this considered old ? Safe to use it again ?

Hi guys,
Previously i heard on some news stating Trinity Group has a big land in Seri Kembangan that going for a condo type.
However, from the news, it looks like the plan got some problem as there are too many highrise nearby already.

Anyone has any idea on this (if this is confirmed yet) ? I guess most likely they will convert it into some landed property instead.
I remember i saw a thread about this news here in lyf as well but couldnt find it now x.x

KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Shahrir Samad insisted there was nothing wrong for him to accept the RM1mil political fund from party president Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

“Is it wrong for me to ask my party president for funds for my constituency?

“Who else do I ask money from if not my party president,” he said at a press conference here yesterday.

The senior Umno leader said he would meet Najib at functions on occasions, either in capacity as BNBBC chairman or as an UMNO member.

“When I meet him (Najib), I sometimes ask for money for party expenditure,” said Shahrir.

“If I ask the money from contractors or businessman, then that would not be appropriate.”

He was asked to comment on a recent posting of the online blog Sarawak Report which said Shahrir had received RM1mil from Najib after the 13th General Election.

Shahrir said he was not bothered by the report and had clarified the matter through his posting on BNBBC website on Monday.

Hi guys, currently on Nissan Latio HB 1.8 with tyre : 185/65 15"
Been a while now and planning to have them changed. So far got few recommendation to choose Michelin vs Bridgestone.

BridgeStone - 195/55R15 POTENZA RE003
Michelin - 185/65 Mx2

Price difference seems the same(inclusive of GST) but excluding alignment. = Rm 220 each

Which one would be recommended if im going to change ? Saw many comments about changing to 195 might result in fc, speedometer bla bla bla ..... ada correct bor ?
