Need Advice in Opening An Office in RM10K

I am currently registered an IT consultation business that mostly involve in web development and web design. And previously I manage to do my work under myself ( from meeting customer to development and design ), and it home based business, everything I work from home.

Everything work just fine but I found that the income are more likely same with the salary work as a programmer. I wish to find an office and hired staff to help me off in doing sales and development, but I have no experience with it. Can anyone give me advice on it? Are 10k enough for starting a business with small office and hire staff?

And what position can I hired to really help me out with this little of capital?

Warcraft 3: Request for Help of setting a battle lan to CC

I know how to use vpn tool like battle lan and hamchi to play with friend, recently i found that CC also using the same method to connect to a lot of cc, have anyone here know the server ip of cc?? I really hope me can join to the cc Lan network. And sometime i over night at cc so my GF also can join and play with me, she did play dota,thanks you thonks you........

MAIN HELP: Find out the CC using software to connect around cc and their ip........
