Problem with Lazada Return for damaged item

Dear LYN Friends,

It have been long time since i last logged-in to LYN Forum.

I have a problem with Lazada customer service on their return pick up for damaged item.

I have called many times, sent emails and also facebook message Lazada on this.

However, today is day 9 since i lodged my first complaint of the damaged shipment and there is no one from Gdex/Poslaju come and collect the damaged shipment as promised by the Lazada customer service.

I do not know which is the best channel for me to get help. I hope LYN friends and lend me a hand.

wah.. my this month bill 700++, saw the bills that time almost fainted... after check.. there is a rm600(3g penalty) imposed in my deal... WTF...

and informed them.. they said system triggered error.. and ask me to write a letter for refund purpose... WTF... their system got error.. then, i need to write letter?

and before that, seldom check bills.. normally just see the total amount and pay.. this times shock me.. and then, i took trouble to see through the whole bills... i noticed a lot of calling time are in the range of 3-6 seconds... and maxis charged me for that.. i think those should be a missed call(means no one pick the call)... So, have a question.. Is maxis really charges us on this?

Email Service by Nokia E71

Hello guys and gals, i have just bought a E71, and i have setup the email service provide by nokia..
after seting up, i keep receiving the email, i have one question, how much maxis charge me for receiving email?

I have read the cost of service section,

it wrote something like this "nokia will not charge for email service but, sevice provider may charge accordingly" So, may i know how much MAXIS will charge me for this...

and according to the mail from nokia, it is a trial version, so there is no charges from nokia.. So, may i know how to cancel the trial service?

sorry, just now posted in the wrong column, so posted here again...

i have cancel my p1 wimax due to there is no coverage in my area one month ago... i will subscribe the service becoz i have enuf headache with streamyx..
So, try to change to P1 and see wat happened....

So, a promoter that work under SCOTTUMP ENTERPRISE approached me when i m having dinner, so i ask about the coverage in my area. Then, the promoter say...YES.. u are in coverage... and she continue, if the service is not good, u can cancel it in 7 days, you will get FULL REFUND..

and then, i ask them whether got "demo set" to try, if got signal, i will subscribe, they(she and her college) said forget to bring it... but, they said "no problem one.." they stress again.. "u can cancel in 7 days.. don't worry..."

after subsribe and activate and account, i try to online, but failed, and the signal is vr weak... and they i check P1 website for the coverage area using my neighbour "streamyx"... it stated, i m out of coverage... damm.. the 2 unscupuluos promoter~~~

So, just one day subsribe the service.. i rush to jalan templer P1 HQ(only way to cancel the service), and i waited for 4 hours just to cancel this service, and the staff in charged told me i will be refund in 45 days... and he stress again.. Sure, u will get your refund, you subribe not more than 24 hours...

ok.. now, is around 45 days, i called p1 hotline to confirm with them again, "is it one and a half month i will received my refund?", he said "no, it is not the case, it shud be around 2 month, it is 45 working days.."

So, i quote the term and conditions(stated at the back of the registration form)here..

COOLING OFF PERIOD POLICY
4.Subscriber is obligated to return the Device and all other items in the device package to the service provider in good/undamaged and working condition to the standard acceptable by the service provider and its authorized agents. Upon receiving the device, the service provider shall refund all fees to the subsriber via a cheque by post mail in the name of the Subsriber within forty five(45) days. An administrative fee shall be charged to the subscriber in the sum of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty(RM50) only which shall be deducted from the fees payable to the subriber under this policy

above policy din stated that it is 45 working days.. and i hope someone can enligten me about the last phase..
Is it if i paid RM100 to P1, then, i will be refund with RM50 only.... coz the promoter told me i will be get full refund....

hello all sifus here..

i nid some advise... i got one Zalman USA ZMGWB1 VGA Water Block From Zalman... but i never try it b4... i use my danger dan only... may i know how do u guys think bout this model of zalman vga water block... do anyone of u guys use it b4... i found that the apperance of this water block is quite simple and small...it look all rite for me... but i m not sure how is the performance... i hav read thru the online comment.. it said that..

The water block is high quality, attractive and easy to install. The cooling fins for mounting on the video RAM are also cool looking. However, their sticky sides are tricky to work with. If you accidentally dislodge one after mounting it won't properly adhere again and you have to use some additional adhesive. Make sure you carefully check your video board model number and order the correct water cooling block.

may i know wat is sticky sidesmeans...

may i know... anyone there know how to keep deer... my frenz father is going to buy deer.. n keep them as pet in his farm... so.. juz wan to know where can get them... n how much normally..

wat is their daily diet.. n life span... n their basic nid to survive...

hello everyone, i m a newbie to liquid cooling system.. after few days survey on those WC kits.. i hav my own plan.. to build my own customise liquid cooling based on my fish tank filter system.. i nid some opinion n comment fr u all.. bcoz i dun know whether my plan is work or not... so... hopefully some expert.. can giv me some tips bout it.. lolz.. erm... ya..
