about WDS!

hi there,
im currently using this modem+router levelone wbr-6601,
it has the wds function in it,
ok now, the question is, do i need to get back the same brand to do WDS?
or can i get another brands of routers to do WDS?

actually i've tried using this router, tplink wr841nd to do wds.
from the tplink wr841nd it wrote the WDS function is running.
but when i use my computer to connect to tplink wr841nd i cannot get any ip from this router
but when i connect to my modem router(levelone), it gives me ip and i can access both routers also.

the tplink dhcp server i already turn off, only the levelone has a dhcp server turn on.
so my question was, is it i must use back the same brand to do WDS or is just my settings set wrongly ?

Hope got some sifus can help me out here!

Need help to compare this few tv's(plasma and lcd)

as mention at the topic, I'm thinking of buying tv and have do some research on panasonic plasma and philips LCD but I'm in confusion. I dunno which is better and worth it to buy.
Any sifus can help me out here? hehe..

actually there are 2 packages here from electronic shop
they gave me this:

Philips 42PFL5609(LCD) + Philips 32PFL3409(LCD) = RM3999

Panasonic THP42C10K(PLASMA) + Panasonic THL32A10K(LCD) = RM4599

Hope sifus out there can give me some suggestions and most importantly is it worth it for the price.
