Dilemma of a Big 4 employee

Would appreciate it if you guys can offer me your perspectives on my current situation - I have been working in a Big 4 (audit line) for about 1.5 years now .. soon to be due for my promotion to S2 .. however, i;ve got a strong feeling that i wont get promoted this round as one of the jobs i was in recently got pretty screwed up... it wasn't screwed up to a very bad extent... but lets just say the manager isnt very happy about it ...

Well, the poor results of that job is mainly due to her crappy management style and unrealistic expectations .. I know that sounds extremely common and vague but i think the details are not very important here ... though i;ll be more than happy to b**** about her when i;ve got the time.. haha

So ... my problem is this ... should i stay on and take the risk of missing my promotion (honestly i am not planning to stay in audit for too long ..probably just 3-4 years) ... which would look bad on my resume next time .... OR should i leave now to another Big 4 ...

Since my review is in about 6 months' time ... should i just start as an Associate 1 at another firm and become a S2 in a year's time .. as opposed to me staying on .. missing my promotion .. then wait another full year... to be honest i would really really hate missing my promotion as i know i;ve got it in me ...

This problem has been really messing my head up .. furthermore it's peak now and i;m really dying everyday thinking if it's worth it

How to reject an already accepted offer letter?

I am a fresh grad .. I have already accepted an offer letter from a big 4 recently .. soon after .. i received another offer from another big 4...

and i am very sure now that i wan to join the other big 4.... so how do i tell the earlier firm that i wanna withdraw my acceptance ? I am kinda worried i might get screwed or if this leave a very bad impression on me ...

Little clots of blood found in sperm

I've noticed a few little clots of blood in my sperm the last two times i ejaculated...

they are not huge obvious clots but rather fine ones ...

though there aint much blood ... but it's got me worried sick ..

wat's the problem ? plzz .. serious discussion ... thanks

On a side note : it doesnt hurt when i ejaculate and there is no blood in my pee ..

I've got an interview at kpmg coming up this week .. I'll be graduating dec this year..

Anybody knows how the interview will be like ?
I was told ther will be a test .. wat sort of test is it ?
and the interview .. how will it be like in general ?

how should i prepare ?
