Victim of MRT Construction Negligence

28th April 2015: I was driving home from dinner after work around midnight along LDP and I was making a U-Turn in front of One Utama, where the makeshift bus stop area is. Then, after making the turn, I continued driving on and I saw a few MRT excavators and machinery parked on the left-hand side of the road and they also blocked off one lane. I was on the right lane (only usable lane at that time), and before I knew it, the arm of the excavator swung in front of me and I could not stop in time and I crashed into the arm. As it was being swung back to its side, it ripped the left side of my bonnet off and I got pulled along to the left as well and the left side of my whole car got scraped terribly. My left front window was broken and my windscreen was shattered. Guess what, the operator disappeared from the scene after that happened and I was crying non-stop and I could not accept what had happened. The cars behind me all stopped and came down to help out. The police were not being helpful and keep wanting to write their own account of the accident and when I challenge them, they scolded me. A police report has been made, however, the company involved is not stated in the police report as there were too many subcontractors under the MRT Project. I have filed a complaint to Gamuda and I have received a few calls so far and I have sent over the accident photos last 2 weeks ago. However up until now, I have not received any follow up from Gamuda, Mudajaya or any of their subcontractors so that I can file a claim to be sent to my insurance for the repairs. Mudajaya is now pushing the blame off their shoulders saying that the timing is skewed and the short distance away from the accident site.

I would like to rally some support here as I have been car-less for a month now and I am so helpless against this giant GLC! ;(

Please do not rent any rooms to Sara Yesmin or Azrin Adnan as they ran away from my unit yesterday at about 9am or so (after I left for work) without paying 2 months' rent and utilities and without informing me that they want to move out (a month's notice) as I am the main tenant.

I have been calling them for a whole 2 days now to pay and they are ignoring my calls.

I will be seeking legal advise to go against these crooks.

This is a safety warning for all the people here.

Problem With Portforwarding

Im currently using the modems and routers that came with streamyx which is

Modem: D-Link DSL500T
Router: DES-1005D

I have visited the port forwarding site www.portforward.com and did everything as instructed. I have consulted a more tech savvy friend to come and check it out for me and here is what he claims to be the problem

He said that it is because the site teaches how to portforward straight to the modem and not through the router. He told me it is because I am connected to the router that is why the instructions on the site does not seem to work.

He further told me some stuff like bridging networks and stuff which he didnt dare to touch as he was afraid to do some irreversible damage to my network or something. I dont know how true was all this stuff he was telling me as Im not really experienced in this. Anyways, he was not much help. XD

I am currently running Windows Vista Home Premium and Im trying to port forward a torrent client. If could someone please give me a link to a guide or maybe give me some detailed help, I would really really appreciate it. Thanks a bunch =)
