[WTA]notebook LCD

currently i face some problem.i found out that when the time i pull the lid of the laptop during com on, the lcd will have a straight line in red colour on it...but during push on didn't touch the lcd wouldn't have any prob...do any one know what is happen and please tell me what is it??

Problem details
First occurence of problem: can't connect to internet...
Problem frequency:
Problem description: 1st i brought...then go set up...like what the instruction told...
but i forgot to put the @streamyx behind d user...the adsl light is on...so i think no prob...but can't connect to the ie...than i reset back the password after that i see from the forum...now the adsl light gone liao...w/o light...no blinking also...so don't know how to fix it...just use back dial-up...can any body help?

fixed by tmnet people already...within 1 days...yesterday call 2day morning 10am arrive...
