Confused with JPA's offer

I received JPA's offer letter for Program Ijazah Luar Negara today. The course stated on the letter is "Teknologi Maklumat dan Komunikasi" in US. I wonder if "ICT" is their general term that includes everything computer-related (Computer Science, Computer Information Systems etc) or does it really mean a degree in IT?

During the application process, "Sains Komputer/Teknologi Maklumat dan Komunikasi/ICT" is all in one combined option. Plus, there's no such thing as a 'degree in IT' in US right? All I can find are IT diploma progams and those are not even in US...

Can anybody shed some light on this?

Prospect for comptuer science graduates

Is the job market for computer science graduate still thriving in Malaysia? How are the job prospects for computer science graduates(especially oversea (e.g. US) graduates? I've been told countless times that there's no 'future' for computer science graduates in Malaysia. To what extent do you think this is true? Also, any computer science graduates here?

A-levels: Cambridge or Edexcel?

Is it true that Edexcel A-levels (KDU, HELP) is easier than Cambridge A-levels (Taylor's)? I know the examination method of Edexcel is indeed more flexible but how about the syllabus? Does any of these affect university admission chances?

Disappointed with MOL Freedom...

I'm extremely disappointed with MOL Freedom's customer service. I bought and sent in the application form 2 weeks ago. The customer service person told me the processing job should be completed within 10 working days. Then on Thursday, I received a missed call from them but I wasn't at home. So I tried to call them back. Sadly, I was passed around from one person to another 4 times and in the end somebody hung me up. Imagine my frustration. Then on the next day I tried to call them again to check my application status. A guy asked for my personal details like IC, contact number, card number etc and say they'll check and call me back within that day. Again, I was disappointed when I didn't get any return calls. And wow, ever heard that customer support has weekend breaks? They do. I mean, I'm going to let them manage my money and personal information..How could i trust them in this case? I'm going to cancel my card soon..
