Due to rocketing landed propery prices, it is getting harder to find something affordable. I was thinking maybe we can compile a listing of new property launches that are within the rm500k range as a reference community resource to make ie easier for comparison purposes & to facilitate house hunting.

Hi,

I wanna create a forum so that my ex-collegemates can keep in touch. Now we are using emails which is really messy & messages flying everywhere.

How do I do this ? Which is the easiest & user-frenly way to proceed ? I'm not really super in IT & working so an easy & user-frenly way to do it would be best.

Hope taikors here can give me some tips.
