Let say:

I got 1 good idea. It about internet service. It unique and the concept kind of the first in the world(maybe, until now not yet find people doing this concept).
For system, i already made some of the basis function. but far form perfect. the design is still no-no. There still a lot of feature i can think to integrate with the system. i already have clear picture where to go and what to do( about the system and it support to behave).

About the idea.
Since I'm not yet register a company or IP, I cant give you the detail about the idea. But I can give you almost similar case.

You want to build a car of your dream.(fully modified to you taste)
What others people do is some of them sell you a car and some of them own a workshop to modify you car.
There is no people who can sell the car and can modify your car at the same time.
This is what i idea is base upon. It like a 1 stop car center. So people don't have to go two different place to get something they want. Just come to my shop and i provide A to Z service. Since my own car shop and workshop, i can do all time in less time and hassle compare if you buy and go to the workshop yourself.
(This is just an example case)

The problem is
how do I get there? And what more maybe I miss?
- In term of finance, what should i go. Make a loan? try go to VC or angel investment? MDeC pre-seed program? (I'm fresh grad. and don't have saving THAT MUCH to start and grow this kind of project )
- Target audience. Since it an It service, it can target the worldwide. But the cost of the server will be high since it need to be reliable and stable.
- Also advertising will be finance nightmare if target worldwide audience . or start with local first but risk others people copy my idea.
- Can I register intellectual property(IP) to this service or system?
- In term of establish a company, I really don't know anything. SDN BHD? Enterprise?

This what I can think right now? Really need some advice form people who know this kind of stuff.

Just wondering, which in better for programmer.

A specialize programmer or a versatile programmer. What i mean is a specialize PHP programmer or a programmer than can do abit ASP.net,PHP, Jsp, Ruby and so on..
