Creatine or Whey Protein?

Hey guys,

I have been going to gym for the past few years. However, I unable to get my body shapes up. Means, I have strength but no lines and shapes (tone).

I believe that supplement like whey protein and creatine will helps. Currently I am drinking MuscleTech's creatine. After drinking for about a month, I found that I put on more and more weights. Creatine is good to provide me energy. But I need to build up my body. Should I actually drink whey protein instead?

Which whey protein do you guys recommend?

If anyone of you here trying to make a deal with Persada Auto, please think twice.
Here's my experience with them.

The time I was planning to get Mazda 3, I get to know them via their road show in 1U.
After much comparison with Mazda branch and dealer, I decided to placed an order with them.
At first everything gone quite well, and I didn't have any problem with the SA.

By the time I collect my car, it was inspected by my uncle, who are specialize in car.
The very first thing he check is the chassis number and engine number, we realise they send us a wrong car.
Then they promise to send us our car on the next day.

Next day, they send us our car as promised. We checked, everything was alright.
But one thing bother us is, the car already traveled 100+ km and it's not full tank as promised.
but we still accepted the car.

One day, when I drove the car back from Seremban.
When about to reach Batu Tiga toll, the mud guard and the plastic under the car drop down.
Because the car is under warranty and I sent back to service center located in Glenmarie.
They the foreman jack up my car, and found out that my car is been into crash, which I have a doubt.
I called my uncle to come over to check, and he found that the car really been into crash, a serious crash.
The exhaust pipe is bended, and a lot of scratches at the undercarriage of the car, but not a single scratch at the body of the car nor the bumper.

Then we told the Mazda's manager, her couldn't explain anything, because according to all the report they have before hand the car to the dealer, the car is as normal.
So we call our SA, he said he having a roadshow somewhere and his manager does not allow him to come over.
Then we call the manager, Angie Ng. The very first thing the manager told us is she is not free.
The second time we called, she say she is having lunch, when it is about 2+pm.
Then we continue to call, she avoid to answer our call since then.

Until now, we still yet to reach her and no explanation from Persada Auto.
If anyone of you trying to get car from this dealer, hope everything goes well and nothing happen.
Because the manager will just avoid you when anything happen.

First Anniversary

Guys, need a little help here.
I have create a table with a column with BLOB data type.
But I do not know how to upload the file into the database.
And where(which folder) to store the image?
Anyone here can give me a template or something tutorial to help me out?
Googled, but most of them doesn't teach how to upload into the database.

Guys, I have problem updating the database. From the code I able to get the message update successfully but the database is not updated.
Here's the code:

Facebook notification

Hey guys, I left the country where I sign up for BIS for months and swap a different SIM.
When I back to the country, my facebook app seems can't receive any notification from facebook.
For example message, I got a new message and my phone doesn't alert me.
I have to go into the app and check the message manually.
Any way to solve it?

I faced a problem in the first step, loging in.

Guys, I am now learning PHP from beginning.
But I found out that, my browser won't show me error of my codes.
It will just show me a blank page. I tried to change the php.ini file, but it don't work.
Any idea?

Guys, I need to use Blackberry GPS (BB Maps/Google Maps) but only for temporary.
Initially, I use my BB in Singapore, now in Malaysia, no BIS. I found that Digi have BB prepaid.
How can I use the Digi Prepaid and where to buy? Can the prepaid load the GPS?

Hi guys,
Currently I'm in Singapore. Since early this year, I saw a girl at the MRT platform.
She is not that kind of "very pretty" type. But she just attracted me.
I wanted to know her for so long, but I dunno how? And there is no chance for me to know her.
If I just walk towards her and say Hi, is like pervert and she got scared.
If I don't do anything, I'll regret as I think she's going to graduate from her school.
So won't appear at the platform every single morning.
Is there a way for me to know her?
