My facebook page www.facebook.com/KelantanFestival got hacked recently. From the system, it seems that the hacking activity happen on august and I just realized it this week. Requested help from Facebook and also search on how to fix it online but still couldn't get a solution.

I am an analyst for the page now and it seems other people can't seems to find the page anymore.

Please HELP!

1. How do I calculate the property size?

2. What are the things I need to look into when I am looking at the land?

3. How to check the property market value if its cheap or expensive?

Language Barrier

Hi, I send my 3 yrs old boy to nursery for half day course for half a yr now. Recently the teacher reshuffle the class and now my boy's class is only 9 kids. He seems to be less active after that and start to lose interest in going to school.

When to talk to the teacher today and she said he might have language barrier issue as we speak in Hokkien with him while most of the student speaks Mandarin in school. Teacher also ask me to start talking to him in Mandarin at home.

I am thinking of putting him for fulltime course so he will get more exposure on Mandarin in the school?

Btw, he likes to play with elder kids and before the reshuffling, he is mixed with 4 yrs old kids.

Next Year will be Tahun Melawat Kelantan 2016 (TMK @ 16) or Visit Kelantan Year 2016.

I will be organizing Kelantan Festival 2015 (www.facebook.com/KelantanFestival) this coming Sept 30 - Oct 4, 2015. During the meeting with State Tourism, they ask me to suggest them a tagline or slogan for Visit Kelantan Year 2016. I've been thinking about it for approximately 4 days now and still couldn't come up with a good name for it. Therefore, I decides to ask in this board.

The tagline is suppose to attract tourist into our state. I was thinking on something like "Explore Kelantan, Endulge the Culture".

Our Visit Kelantan 2012 Tagline is Yours Unique Destination.

Example taken from other states tagline

Terengganu

2008: Terengganu Treasures.
2013: Beautiful State, Interesting Culture.

Kedah 2008: The Royal Golden Jubilee

I am organizing an event this Sept in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Apparently this will be my 1st attempt to organize such a big event. It will be 300 vendors, my normal event is about 100+ vendors only. Anyhow, I receive a call from one of the local authority saying that I can't use / claim the word "TERBESAR" in my promotional material.

Can someone please enlighten me on this condition? I am meeting the officer to talk about this issue tomorrow.

Advert Mag Biz

Dear Lowyatnetters,

I just started an advert magazine biz last april in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The magazine is suppose to sell advertisement page in booklet form. Instead of doing flyers, they print with us and we will also do the distribution job. For KL, it's Media Focus Company ( http://www.mediafocus1999.com/ )

Here is the look of our 1st issue (June 2015)

Previously there is more than 3 companies doing such business. Anyhow, there is only ONE that remain in the business. The reasons the other company STOP in my opinion is as following:-

1. It's NOT the company main business. Therefore, they didn't really go ALL-IN into the business.
2. The owner has got a new business venture with better profit plus lesser hassle.

It's our 3rd month in business and my staff failed to get a proper SALES order for the business. The problem that I could note down is as following:-

1. We are still too NEW to the market (It's only our 3rd month in biz & we just release our 1st issue this June 2015 only)
2. My Sales team is still unfamiliar with their jobs. I already inform them on the way to improve our customer service and database in today's meeting.
3. The economy is very BAD at the moment. Therefore, everyone is being very careful in spending their money. The business is very still.
4. Some of the potential clients is still attached to the previous company as that company sold their advertisement in 3 issues packages etc. for discount.
5. We are having PROBLEM creating an imagine as ADVERTISING Magazine.

The advice I need is, How can I get the audience attention? How do I make the person who get the magazine to keep a copy of our magazine or even look for one? What can I do to create BRAND AWARENESS to our magazine so the market will know that our magazine sell advert.

9 Days into 2015. How do you foresee your years to be so far?

Mine started off pretty rough due to the recent flood, a sign of challenging year ahead.

For those who didn't know, I am based in Kelantan and is in event management industry. Our event schedule this year is as following:-

1. Thai Festival 2015 (Terengganu)
Dataran Shah Bandar, Kuala Terengganu.
16 - 22 February

2. Thai Festival 2015 (Penang)
Penang Times Square, Penang.
4 - 8 March

3. Thai Festival 2015 (Kelantan)
Stadium Sultan Muhammad Ke-IV, Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
25 - 31 March (Initially 29 Jan - 4 Feb)

Earning RM500K income a year

I am in my early 30s and I set an aim to earn 500K income per year. After trial for more than 7 years, I have to admit that I could not achieve that target. I also admit that if i keep doing what I do, I still would not achieve that target.

Therefore, I am wondering if anyone shared the same goal as me and interested in looking into the potential of achieving it.

Eczema Management

Hi, I think I have a family line of skin problem. My sister has allergy problem since she is young.

I am in my early 30s and has been facing this skin problem for almost 10 years and because it seems to be getting worst, I start to do some reading online and also in this forum.

I've been using clinic / hospital cream treatment since I noticed the problem and stopped once it disappear. Anyhow, the problem with buy topical an oral steroids is that the eczema will come back worse! Your body will become reliant on it and makes the skin thinner.

My condition is not as bad as many I've seen online except now the red rashes start to get worst on my leg and bottom body part which I am not sure it is caused by eczema or by Topical steroid withdrawal red skin syndrome.

I went to see specialist in General Hospital few days ago and they said I am having photosensitive dermatitis and they gave me eumovate, cetaphil cleanser, vaseline oinment and bethamethasone-17-valerate ointment 1:4 with sunscreen.

I am quite sure that my face is having Topical Steroid Withdrawal Red Skin Syndrome, now only I know our skin can get addicted to steroids.

Therefore, my question is how do I deal with this matter appropriately (as there is no cure to this, only how to control it) because I want to quit depending on steroid based medication.
