My 10years old psu Silverstone Element Series 750w 80+Bronze fan is dying. Planning to buy a new 650w psu.

I couldn't made up my mind which 1 to choose. My budget below rm500.

Since 2012 having my rig AMD FX8350 withThermalright Ultra-120 Extreme, Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z, HyperX Beast (T3)-16GB Kit* (4x4GB) - DDR3 2400MHz ,Asus HD7850-7850-DC2T-2GD5-V2, Silverstone Element Series 750w 80+Bronze and Coolermaster CM690v1.

Last week just upgrade my gc to sapphire nitro+ oc rx570 and new casing Phantek P600s. I like the new look. Especially vertical gpu but i have an issue i can't install back my old hsf thermalright because the heatpipe from rx570 is blocking. Right now i put back the stock cooler from AMD. With thermalright idle temp 40'C but with stock cooler temp around 48-49 and the fan is very loud and spinning 3300rmp above. I do some search for air cooling those tower cooler from Noctua NH-D15S and Be Quiet Dark PRO 4 seem all have clearance issue. Top flow like Noctua NH-C14S and Be Quiet Dark Rock TF might have clearance issue also.

My pc mostly power on 365day. Power off is when doing dust cleanning 8-9 times in a years. Might upgrade to Zen2 in future. I'm thinking to getting AIO but since i'm really new aio which 1 i should go. I'm abit of tight budget after getting my GC and Casing. I know AIO might have pump failure but where should i start 120mm or 240mm? ID cooling Auraflow X, Deepcool GAMMAXX or Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L.

Just bought 2 notebook acer 4752 Intel I3 2330M 4GB ram , HP CQ43-206TU Intel B940 4GB ram , from Windows Experience Index I3 graphic score lower than B940? I thought both also the same Intel HD 3000 should score the same.

Currently still using Abit KN9SLI(Nforce570SLI) and been using this mobo around 3yrs already. I wanna upgrade but dunno which mobo is good. My budget around rm300-rm500+.
But which should i choose Nvidia or AMD chipset? I won't be using onboard sound and graphic. Single card GC is enough for me. In future might get those amd P2(920 or 955) proc.
Maybe once a while OC but not so frequently.

AMD Dual-Core Optimizer
The AMD Dual-Core Optimizer can help improve some PC gaming video performance by compensating for those applications that bypass the Windows API for timing by directly using the RDTSC (Read Time Stamp Counter) instruction. Applications that rely on RDTSC do not benefit from the logic in the operating system to properly account for the affect of power management mechanisms on the rate at which a processor core's Time Stamp Counter (TSC) is incremented. The AMD Dual-Core Optimizer helps to correct the resulting video performance effects or other incorrect timing effects that these applications may experience on dual-core processor systems, by periodically adjusting the core time-stamp-counters, so that they are synchronized

VirtualDub is a video capture/processing utility for 32-bit Windows platforms (95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP), licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). It lacks the editing power of a general-purpose editor such as Adobe Premiere, but is streamlined for fast linear operations over video. It has batch-processing capabilities for processing large numbers of files and can be extended with third-party video filters.
