web server access conflict

Problem description:

I hava 2 public ip address under my internet package.

x.x.x.33
x.x.x.34

the first ip x.x.x.33 is the modem ip address, and the 2nd ip x.x.x.34 is set to be the webserver ip.
the 2nd ip x.x.x.34 is hosted with the url domain name www.webserver.com.

The problem is some user from the internet access the webserver using url www.webserver.com will get modem landing page and some other will receive "Page not found httpd error" and other will have a normal page from the x.x.x.34 web server.

some of them ping the domain www.webserver.com will get x.x.x.34 other will get x.x.x.33.

Any idea what might be the issue here..?

DVD burn error

i use compaq notebook, problem when i wanna burn dvd..cd is fine. Get error msg "unspecified recorder error".
and one thing, the burning speed stuck at 2x.

is it hardware problem or wht?

i've try using different OS XP n Vista, and also burning software NERO and other..
plz help me..
