Anyone bought NOVID N95 masks?

Hi,

Recently I'm researching on buying NOVID N95 masks from shopee or lazada, because there is no official store (or that I couldn't find one) so I randomly checked a few preferred+ stores with thousands or hundreds of sales + lots of 5star reviews.

Now, what I don't get is that there have been 2 type of packaging for 50pcs, and seller claim they are both from NOVID factory so they must be genuine.

Of cos some buyers did notice this and left a question too

1. Why there is no MDA Registration No on the top left of package?
2. When it's the case of (1), then the mask itself does not have embossed NOVID logo, there is literally nothing printed on the mask (the other packaging does have logo on the individual mask AND serial number too)

I've attached a few screenshots showing different packaging and also buyer comments. Even those who received the questionable packaging also leave 5star reviews saying the product is great.

I tried search in shopee or lazada for Energizer/Eveready but they don't have official flagship store for batteries. And I bought from some 3rd party stores (with hundreds of sales) the batteries don't last long despite advertised as "Heavy duty" so I doubt its authenticity.

With the recent Wuhan virus outbreak and more patients have been sent to Hospital Sg Buloh for quarantine, I'm not sure if I should continue to go there to do check-up and delivery for my pregnant wife. We have (casually) asked a few friends and relatives for opinions and everyone of them advise against it.

I just requested a refund, printed return label and this morning dropped the item in Pos Laju Petaling Jaya.

I gave 2 copies of printed returned label to on duty pos laju staff there, she attached one to the parcel and then kept a copy. Then stamped a date on my own copy.

However, until now (evening) I still can't track my returned parcel via the pos laju tracking number generated by Lazada (on the returned label). I thought I should at least see that my parcel was picked up by <pos laju branch> ?? I'm quite anxious coz the parcel is quite expensive.

Should I logde a complaint to pos laju or do i wait until tomorrow to be able to track & trace my parcel? My gut feeling tells me I should have paid a small amount and go for same day delivery, at least I have a proper consignment note as a proof of delivery

Are you guys shopping for drinks and food for CNY already? I find it especially interesting because major supermarkets have now started a PRICE WAR and it's especially hard to keep track of the cheapest deal as they changed their price on packet drinks, canned drinks, beer and selected food almost daily and sometimes they tend to increase price during weekdays and throw price on weekends!

For tracking price I recommend to use MamaSave (android app) and search for "#CNY2017" (without quotes) in their app and get reminded of any drinks/food you plan to buy, with the cheapest price! The price however not always updated hence we can help out by submitting price when we're at any supermarket (Giant, Aeon, Aeon Big, The Store, Tesco, NSK.......)
