[Chassis Foam] Review/Questions.

Greetings earthling!

Due to some controversy, between other brands whereby they strictly insist only posting only review regarding their brand or questions regarding their product, so here I started a new topic regarding Chassis foaming.

This is purely a discussion thread/questions and answer thread for Chassis foaming.
I am open to discussion to any brand/type of foam so everybody can benefit from sharing information they know.
But dont blindly/openly shot someone/some company down, this is a discussion and information sharing.

I find alot of good information shared on the other topic by many car owners there. Hopefully they and all sifu can share their results so others can benefit from it.

For me, a full car foaming would be suitable to be call "a quiet rally car".

For more comfort continental feel, best to foam the undercarriage side & rear.
To reduce wind noise from the front, best to foam the A pillar.
To reduce road noise and wind noise, and improve handling, best to foam Undercarriage + A pillar + C pillar.

Of coz this is based on my own opinion.
Hope those who had foam-ed their car can give unbiased review on chassis foaming be it any brand on the market.

Not cheapo Maxcap like the other competitor with their 100,000uf capacity but only act as a capacitor bank not a proper VS . Don't be cheated , big is not always good. Dunlop Glue caught fire so easily.... what if engine heat is so hot and you are driving ? What will happen if caught fire ? Will your car survive ? Will you survive? What if seller say give u 2 years warranty and a new unit after that old unit burnt down your car? Is it still worth the hassle ?

[ Update: Dont be fooled by large numbers. Large is not always good. That why we welcome anyone who already bought other brand of VS to come and compare with our version. You'll be surprise that even a 100,000 uf is just ripping you off ! I personally had tested together with erictioh VS and its just a capacity bank ,nothing else.

These photos are submitted by one of Erictioh buyer. He totally feel ripped off with such low quality workmanship. Dangerous exposed wires and not properly sealed will cause trouble then improvement.
A stock cars with any VS also will have slight improvement, but using low quality grade will only last few weeks. He only feel slight improvement after install Erictioh DIY vs, now after change to our Eco concept VS, the car feels alive and acceleration is much better. Unbelieveable? Come over for a on the spot comparison.

The most cheap and low grade brand MAXCAP capacitor .
Easily get at Jalan Pasar at a cheap price .
Seller mention 100,000uf. But after calculation , its total up 94,320uf only!!!
Have not minus the efficient of this cheap grade capacitor ..probably 80,000uf or less.
Advertise 100,000uf but its less? or the inefficiency cause the capacitor to fluc higher then their rating??

My unit was down for more then 6 months i cant seem to find anyone that sells sodium hydroxide . I tried baking soda but its ruin the surface. Anyone still running the cell in their car or have some left over sodium hydroxide for sale?

i miss the ummph pick up from the HHO cell... ~~!!
