want to ask regarding loan switching

I have signed offer letter of A bank however i decide to cancel it due to their unethical and effeciency. It has been 1 month since i sign the SAP and my lawyer wanna proceed with the loan agreement. However the agent of the bank insist me to use her lawyer which is a panel. I have checked with bank that my lawyer is also a panel.

So the problems is agent panel asking me to pay for the legal fee as my agent told them to process my loan. I told my agent i will use my own panel from the beginning.

Would like to know what can i do? Should i ignore that particular panel lawyer? And i would like to switch baml as well due to unhappy services. Do i need to pay any penalty? I just sign the offer letter. No others

Hope any sifu can help

me and my partner was planning to get an apartment cost 230k. Monthly repayment would be around 1400 including those utilities bills and maintenance. Total monthly income would be around 7k. Got 1 saga to pay for another 2 years and ptptn loan monthly will be 300. No other commitment unless those i stated. Would like to know whether is enough or it will be hard for us to pay for it? Thanks for those advise in advance.

Guys, me and gf going to step into 7 years anniversary by the end of this month. i was thinking to celebrate with her in kl as we were work in different state. Me in kl and she's in perak.

i was thinking to buy her a meal and go melaka for 1 day trip. due to budget issues cause just change work, is it appropriate that i buy those deal from group buying site to celebrate with her? as i saw 1 deal quite match my requirement affordable and look classy.
