Silverstone power supply problem

hi.. everyone here, i have this Silverstone ST56F. used it for 1 and half years d.
recently, i have this problem when my pc is on for few days, it will suddenly shut-down and on back by itself.

this problem occur after i leave my pc on for few days and it happen very frequent after that.

i reformated and tested again..its still the same. any idea what is happening?

my rig:
Intel Q6600
Intel DP35DP
4GB RAM (2x1GBKingston, 2x1GBCorsair)
Galaxy 8800GT 512MB
LG DVDRW
160GB WD, 250GB Seagate and 500GB Seagate HDD

What's wrong with my pc?

My specs:
Intel Pentium 4 1.8GHz
128MB ATI Radeon 9550
768MB RAM
40GB HDD

my pc suddenly cannot post. there not display on my monitor.
when i switch on, the HDD LED(RED) is lighted but no light on POWER LED (YELLOW).
i checked there's power on motherboard as i can see the LED from the mobo is on.

what could be the problem? motherboard or PSU spoil?

anyone can help me?
