portforward using gateway

My house have 7ppl sharing a connection, one of my housemate's pc is the server/gateway using bridge mode,
but unfortunately all of us except him are able to connect to ports properly, for example...im having low ID on my eMule....
i was wondering if port forwarding was possible on his PC whereby he forward the ports to us.. thanks in advance

Im an enchanter and was wondering, do encahntment stack with the atrributes of the item??

for example, staff of jordan have +26 healing and spell damage, does the "Enchant Weapon - Spell Power" that adds 30 damage to spells able to add up with the staff's attribute?? *26+*30 spell damage?? thanks in advance.
