unable to set up wireless router

I have a LAN TP link TD-8616 ADSL modem and aztech WL889RT4(wiresless router) connect with streamyx and working good until today.
I tested to find out what is the problem.

I disconnect aztech wireless and connect PC with LAN cable. I able to connect but I find that I only able to acess google and youtube. Others webpage will show "This site can't be reached" It also disconnect easily and I have to reconnect back.

I can acess 192.168.1.1 for TP link and ip config show Ip adress 192.168.1.2

However, I can't acesss aztech ip gateway in browser, 192.168.2.1

1. why direct connect LAN to streamyx i only able to visit google and youtube?
2. why can't connect to wireless and can't access aztech 192.168.2.1?

Need help for hybrid mobile app (part timer)

I am working on a finance app that is 60~70% in completion. I need to enhance some extra features.
The mobile app is written in ionic framework.
I need to scrape some websites and create APIs for the app.
Then need to link back to the app written in ionic.
I have another freelancer working on it but need people who know both Python and ionic.

There are some free web hosting that can be used with a long time. I may need to use their database.
But I am using a python script in pythonanywhere which is a cloud base python.
I a unsure how can I migrate to a free web hosting.

I will skip those famous brands in department store.
This poll will concentrate for those affordable brands. In US, brands in drugstore. Biotherm, Clarins are department stores brand. The quality is near to those high end brand compare many years ago, there is a big gap. Which is the best among the affordable skincare for men?

Brand: L'oreal
Rating: 7/10
Comment: Use cleanser of Pure Matte L'oreal men Expert. Quite good, although not as good as Biotherm. I use toner of Nivea but a big disappointment. I feel more oily after applied it.

If you use others, please list out in the post.

Venture capital in Malaysia

Venture capital is still an emerging industry in Malaysia.
We rarely heard people and friends around us in venture capital.
Venture capital in Malaysia are mostly funded by government to nurture SME so that we are too dependent to FDI.
Venture capital is a big industry in US. Surprisingly India and China has quite a lot of venture capital firms as the innovation and entrepreneurship in these countries are good.

Any one here is working for Cradle fund, MTDC or MAVCAP. Share your opinion of these industry and insights here. I believe many fresh grads will want to know more. I think Private fund is the next step for those in the venture capital as the salary is really low compare to Private fund.

I have been using Biotherm T Pur for oily skin for a hile. The result was OK.
I get to know Loreal men expert which is from the same company are cheaper.
Any one use the oily range cleanser for L'oreal?

Solutions Plus is an industrial chemicals company that produces specialized cleaning fluids and solvents for a wide variety of applications. Solutions Plus just recieved an invitation to submit a bid to supply Great North American Railroad with a cleaning fluid for locomotives. Great Noth American needs the cleaning fluid at 11 locations (railway stations). It provided the following information to Solutions Plus regarding the number of gallons of cleaning fluid required at each location (See Table 10.9)

Solutions Plus can produce the cleaning fluid at its Cincinnati plant for $1.20 per gallon. Even though the Cincinnati location is its only plant, Solutions Plus has negotiated with an industrial chemicals company in Oakland, CA to produce and ship up to 50,000 gallons of the locomotive cleaning fluid to selected Solutions Plus customer locations. The Oakland company will charge Solutions Plus $1.65 per gallon to produce the cleaning fluid, but Solutions Plus thinks that the lower shipping costs to Oakland to some customer locations may offset the added cost to produce the product.

The president of Solutions Plus, Charlie Weaver, contacted several trucking companies to negotiate shipping rates between the two production facilities (Cincinnati and Oakland) and the locations where the railroad locomotives are cleaned. Table 10.10 shows the quotes received in terms of dollars per gallon. The -- entries in Table 10.10 identify shipping routes that will not be considered because of the large distances involved. These quotes for shipping rates are guaranteed for one year.

To submit a bid to the railroad company, Solutions Plus must determine the price per gallon they will charge. Solutions Plus usually sells its cleaning fluids for 15% more than its cost to produce and deliver the product, however, Fred Roedel, the director of marketing, suggested that maybe the company should consider a smaller profit margin. In addition, to ensure that if Solutions Plus wins the bid, that they will have adequate capacity to satisfy existing orders as well as accept orders for other new business, the management team decided to limit the number of gallons of the locomotive cleaning fluid produced in the Cincinnati plant to 500,000 gallons at most.

You are asked to make recommendations that will help Solutions Plus prepare a bid. Your report should address, but not be limited to the following issues:

1. If Solutions Plus wins the bid, which production facility (Cincinnati or Oakland) should supply the cleaning fluid to the locations where the locomotives are cleaned? How much should be shipped from each facility to each locations?

2. What is the breakeven point for Solutions Plus? That is, how low can the company go on its bid without losing money.

3. If solutions plus wants to use its standard 15% markup, how much should it bid?

4. Freight costs are significantly altered by the price of oil. The contract on which Solutions Plus is bidding is for two years. Discuss how the fluctuation in freight costs might affect the bid Solutions Plus submits.

My question is the Oakland capacity is 50,000 or 500,000.
If the capacity is just 50,000, it even not enough supply for the demand, right?

Taylor's collge (now known as Taylor's university college) is one of the best collge 10 years ago. The twinning program liase with university like below:
UK: University of Bristol, University of Sheffield
Australia: Victoria University, RMIT

Most UK twinning is (1+2) in business and enigineering
Australia is mostly business

Now, they alliace with UWE, university West England and UniSA, univesrity South Australia. Both are offered in business only.
They are promoting their own degree and no twinning for engineering degree.

Lets look at their competitor, Sunway university collge. They do not offer engineering undergraduate programs. They have liase with Lancaster University from UK which is a decent university.

Segi is liased with University of Sunderland and Sheffield. However it is a 3+0 degree.

surprisingly Inti offers better transfer programs compare a decade ago. They offered transfer programs that allow student study in UK and AUs after one or two year in INTI. Those university is decent as well, such as the University of Leeds , University of Hull , University of Bradford , University of Birmingham , University of Hertfordshire.

Is Taylor's concentrate in A levels and promoting their own degree?
If lack of twinning programmes, student may be to spend more to study in decent university in UK or Australia.
I am not understand why Taylors or SUnway stop liase with famous university. A move they upgrades to university college?

Who has actually use Kirkland minoxidil 5%?

I get to know Kirkland minoxidil 5% is a much more cheaper alternative to the Rogaine.
I never use it, but want to try it out.
I get to know that Minoxidil is only effective for short term, has anyone use it for over 2 years?
I read in other forum that many has hair regrow at early stage but loss their hair gradually after one or two year.

Also, how u guys apply? I read in review that it need an hour to dry after applying minoxidil. It is quite tedious?

How you guys buy Kirkland minoxidil?
Online via ebay from oversea seller is much more cheaper. Anyone try to buy before?

I am planning to buy a property soon.
However I have lack of knowledge in this field.
I get to know there are two famous property king and queen in Malaysia which is Renesial Leong and Azizi ALi.
I know many of you have read their books.
Which one investment method is better?
I have no times to read so many books, so I only want to choose one of the writer. espeacilly Azizi ALi has so many books.

confused of contract period and probabtion

One compnay offered as belwo and make me confusing.
First, they said in the contract that it will be a one year contract before your will be offered as permanent.
second statement, they said, the probation period is 6 moths.
It sound that if probation is 6 months, employeee should be transfered as permanent.
However, the contract is a year long and employer can expel u without any protection.

anyone face the same problem before?
It seems like the probabtion is a 12 months long to me.

Investment Manager salary

I have been offered a Investment manager post.
It is more to business evaluation.
Strangely the paid is way way under my expectation. I would said even a senior executive can paid higher.
I am from another field but they do need my expertise.
I want to change to this field as I think it should have more future.
Furthermore, I am taking my MBA part time.
Just the paid, after nego still very low....

I just want to know what is the actual market paid..

College/ Uni: UPM
Year : 1999
Faculty/ Hostel: Hostel
Orientation story/comment: A waste of time. My hostel mostly malay and their schedule follow thier praying time. The worst thing was need to wake up at 5 am even we slept at 2am. Why wake up at 5 am? Becos muslim need to pray. So non muslim also need to follow. Too much of religious thing duirng the orientation, I felt they have ignored there are still non muslim there.
Those senior misued of thier power to frighten junior, but no ragging was seen during my year.

After so many years, just want to listen how is the young generation orientation like? ANy intersting event? Either local or oversea uni or collge are welcome to drop your view.

A good fren of mine has just get the post of Business Process Analyst from a newly established communication company in Malaysia.
He is in fact change from technical to not so technical position, to apply this BPA post.
The post is mostly about the business process improvement, a bit of PMP and alsoISO.
The pay is really so so, but he intended to change field, has to chance to grow.
Is this kind of post, BPA, which I hardly know is a wise move?
The company involve in Wimax, which may b a bit risky and too competitive.
Kindly give some view as I am not in this field and hardly give him advice.
