Hi,

I would like to share my experience why a seller on mudah.my and I hope everyone will be careful around him.

He's selling the R9 290x at RM 550, which is half the market price. When contacted via text msg, he insists on you to bank in funds and is very evasive and rude when asked to COD. He claims to be in tanah rata, cameron highlands.

I believe there was an earlier post about this style of scam. In general:

i) sells electronics at an unbelievably low price
ii) when asked to COD he will give a remote area that is hard to get to (cameron highlands, pangkor), hence encouraging buyers to bank in.
iii) when you say you can meet him, he goes silent and never responds again.

Hi,

I have a friend who's trying to rope me into investing in Kodana Global: http://www.kodanaglobal.com/

According to my friend, Kodana guarantee investors a 48% return per year through their Forex Trading.

This company also sells some bio-fuel enhancer thingy which they claim to improve fuel consumption - I've seen the brochure and they sell it through a Multi-level marketing scheme.

My friend was persuaded to withdraw from his EPF to invest in this.

Has anyone heard of Kodana? It smells like a scam to me.

I want to use optical sound from my PS3, but my receiver only has a coaxial input. After a brief google search, I found a solution in this:
