pc auto restart after changing ram

hey, need help. been having problems.

my pc auto restarts as soon as my windows desktop loads. this only occurred after i changed my RAM.

but at the start, when i first changed it, my pc loads into desktop, i could run my programs and games as usual, then after about 20 minutes, my pc hanged. i restarted my pc, and it was fine again, then after a few minutes, it hangs and restarts by itself. thens when the auto restart kept occurring everytime i switched my pc off and on again.

my motherboard is msi k7n2 delta (for amd athlon xp)

before this, i was using a kingston 512 mb ddr400 ram.
then, the ram i changed to is 2 x 512 mb corsair twinX high performance.

im guessing its the ram, coz when i change it back to the original kingston 512mb, my pc works fine again.

is there by any chance that my motherboard does not support the corsair twinX rams? or is it just hardware installation problems? psu?

btw, the 2 x 512mb twinX high performance rams are ddr-400 as well.
