I am not sure is this the correct place to ask this question...

I got a loan letter approved from the bank.

And there is this clause under the Conditions Precedent to Disbursement of Credit Facilities

2. To forward a stamped copy of Sale and Purchase Agreement showing transaction value of not less than RM 360,000 within one month from the date of Letter of Offer.

My question is that, the owner is going to sell the house to me for RM350k and we are going to sign the S&P on 350K too.
Will this effect my loan?

How is it? and does your built in speakers work with the external soundcard?

Can anyone recommend a good external soundcard?
Which is better? A usb or a pci-express external soundcard?
