i have a pentium4 2.4ghz with 2gb ddr ram...graphic card is a radeon 9200 series 128mb....
Cant watch full hd video on youtube..lags badly..wondering whether a good graphic card will help
or should i opt for a new cpu instead..any help will be much appreciated as i am clueless in this =)
