No Display

Need some idea in diagnosing my problem.
I was using my PC halfway and it shut down abruptly with the motherboard alarm going off. Then I tried to turn it on again, there was no display at all to the monitor. However, all the other fans were running and HDD was running.
I tried to off and on again several times but to no avail.
So I decided to go get a new Motherboard, CPU, Memory hoping to replace the old motherboard to fix the problem.
After fixing it, still no display to the monitor. I have retained the casing, power supply and HDD.

My new processor is AMD X2 4000+.

Monitor is working fine because the LED is lit up but without display.

Any ideas are welcome.
