[wta] Lenovo y500 vs Alienware 14x

Hi, just as topic, I realized they are about the same price range (~4k)

so I wanted to ask you guys, which option would be better and why?

I'm initially into the y500 (who isn't?) but i've recently heard of issues regarding the SLI and WiFi etc. (Don't understand though, not computer literate)

But now looking at the m14x, the specs might be lousier (one grap card + i5 processor) but in terms of cooling and problems would it be lesser?

I'm not looking to play some hardcore top-of-the-edge graphically games, mostly just DotA or multiplayer games that I can enjoy without lag nor heat issues.

[WTA] Powerpoint Presentation to look like in CIA

I've a question to ask dear pipul.

I've got a presentation for top management next week.

Plan to give them the WoW factor by doing some animations like those in CIA/FBI/Spy movies where they scope in and zoom on target location and whatnot.

Can anyone suggest to me on how/where to get those animations on my slides? I'm not sure if Powerpoint templates have them (or maybe I dont know how to fully utilize it). Would Prezi be a better alternative?

I've a question to ask dear sifus who are vastly experienced in multimedia.

I've got a presentation to make over the weekend directed to the top management of the company next week.

The objective is to summarize my internship period with their company. So for the introduction of the company (essential), I'd like to hook them by doing some animations like those in CIA/FBI/Spy movies where they scope in and zoom on target location and whatnot.

I'd like to post a reference video but my office restricts access to Youtube

If you guys get what I mean, can you guys suggest me on how/where to get those animations on my slides? I'm not sure if Powerpoint templates have them (or maybe I dont know how to fully utilize it). Would Prezi be a better alternative?

First Time Experience..

So recently I got the urge and a little money (finally) to start my lifelong dream aka learn photography.

So when I decided to buy a 2nd hand beginner level camera, I decided to come LYN to buy online. (no harm right?)

From my normal shopping experience, this is how a buy-sell usually goes:

Buyer Seller relationship: Go to store, see what she/he likes, (circumstantial) negotiate a price.
(if seller willing let go), get product on the spot.
(if negotiation didnt work out), go out. If buyer decided to buy, come back store one day and buy. (if same stock still there.)

Simple kan?

Now from what I learnt online the past week:

1)Buyer (ME) : Offer price lower than price decided by seller. (Basically negotiate la)
Both party confirm product etc etc

2)Half a day later
Seller : Someone else offering same price for product. If don't work out will sell to you.
Buyer tops up, willing to wait.

3)1 day later
Seller : Sales didnt go through, still want buy?
Buyer already bought said product from another place, buy other product instead

4)1 day later
Seller : Sorry, other product sold together with 1st said product. (for higher price of course)

I mean normal-lah you wanna sell your product for higher price, but as a buyer it doesnt feel nice to have to wait for an answer for days
Maybe thats just me being used to "customers are the bosses" concept, just sharing my experience with you guys.

If this buy-sell concept is something common here, please dont bash me too hard. Me still learning. Thankiu. Sorry for long post.
